Wee One is bred and ballooning up. Babies should be here in 2-4 weeks-wooohooo! She is getting so lovey and so huge! I think she is longer from nose to tail when she is bred. I am hopeful that all her babies will be born live since we lost one in the last litter. I find great comfort holding her and petting her. She really likes it when I rub her belly and give her kisses. My hubby brought the kennel in so I could ready it for the comiing nesting phase except it needs to thaw first. It is full of snow and ice and has a frozen blanket in it that I don't remember leaving in it-so much for the gray matter firing on all channels, :-)!
Clyde has learned to go down the stairs! I pet him and coo to him whenever he gets to the bottom and he primps along with his head up, ears out and struts like he is the cock of the hen yard! My hubby worked with him for a couple of days to start with; then a couple of nights ago he was chasing the cat and slid off of the first stair. He must have worked it out right then because he went down a couple more steps. That night when I went to bed, he came right on down with the rest of them-it was truly a great moment!
