Hi ya'll. I am new on here. I am Daniel and live in Wichita Ks.I am trying to look for some helpful advice. I have a 3 yr old short hair chi. She is prego. I dont know how far along she is. I dont have the money to take her to the vet. I am so not use to a tiny dog to start with now she is prego. It is with the neighbors chi. Any helpful advice will be grately accepcted. All she does is sleep and she is getting bigger. We noticed about a month ago she could be prego. So I aint sure how far along she is. please help.

I hope your girl is ok! What do you want to know? If you don't know when happened, is hard to know when she will have exactly the puppies, but you will see, she will know what to do at the right moment. She will start to be restless, having throes and she will try to find a place for her and her littles.

You'll know when she is getting close-about 48 hours-when she starts trying to build a nest out of blankets and stuff. Do you have a box or something for her to birth in? I use a large kennel lined with blankets and one draped over the outside.
